Council Essential User Permit Information

Applying for a Council Essential User permit is a 3 stage process:

• 1.) Register with RingGo by completing the RingGo registration form

• 2.) Then complete the permit application form

• 3.) Once your permit application is approved, you can book daily parking sessions
