A Healthy Neighbourhoods Blue Badge Exemption permit is free and allows the applicant to drive through the restriction point(s) within a specific Healthy Neighbourhood.
Exemption permits from RingGo are paperless. You just need to register online to be able to purchase your virtual permit.
