A Healthy Neighbourhoods Day Pass Exemption permit is free and allows the resident within the Healthy Neighbourhood to book an exemption for a vehicle visiting their home for one of the following reasons:
- Daily Carers
- Licensed Taxis
- Dial-a-ride
How to use your Healthy Neighbourhoods Day Pass Exemption permit
Whenever you need to use an exemption pass, just log on to your myRingGo account, once you have entered the vehicle registration number, you can select the day required and the reason for the exemption.
Exemption permits from RingGo are paperless. You just need to register online to be able to book your virtual permit.
If you already have a RingGo account there is no need to register again, just apply below using your existing details.

The exemption permit allows your vehicle access into the healthy neighbourhood zone, the exemption permit does not allow you to park your vehicle on street.
