Eligibility requirements –
To be eligible for a Local GP exemption permit you must prove you are employed by the surgery within the boundaries of a Bus Gateway or Liveable Street scheme and provide a letter of authorisation from the practice manager. You must provide all documentation required as proof of eligibility.
