All zone charity permits are only available to registered charities based within Waltham Forest who can prove that they use a vehicle to carry out works across the borough on a daily basis.
This permit is valid in residential shared use parking bays only.
To apply online you must already have received written approval from Waltham Forest Parking Services by submitting an evidenced business case to parking.services@walthamforest.gov.uk detailing your need for this permit.
The permit is virtual which means that there is no need to display a paper permit in the vehicle.
Civil Enforcement Officers will be able to identify which vehicles have a valid permit from the vehicle registration number.
You will need to supply:

Copy of insurance certificate confirming that vehicle is insured for business use.
Photographs of documents will be accepted if you do not have access to a scanner.
