Visitor permits will only be issued to LBWF Staff that can prove that they carry out site or home visits within the borough's controlled parking zones.
You will need to supply:
Staff Visitor parking permits allow the user to park in residential permit parking bays within the controlled parking zone that is covered by the permit, including the Council Staff Essential User permit (Es-C) Exclusion Zone. However please note that a visitor permit will not guarantee you a parking space.
Visitor permits are not valid on yellow lines, in emergency services bays, Market Trader Bays (MT), Catering bays (CAT), in short stay bays, PayByPhone or Pay and Display only bays, car parks, in bays designated for a specific reason (for example: loading bays) or in any bay that has been suspended.
Please note that the council has the right to suspend parking at any time.
Each visitor permit will only allow the vehicle to park for the maximum duration that has been booked via your RingGo account. In CPZs that have operational hours in excess of 10 hours per day you will only need to pay for 10 hours to facilitate all day parking for a vehicle.
Bookings cannot be altered once confirmed and refunds are not available on visitor permits.
